People can consent to things that we might both find unacceptable and which may be illegal. Your assertion that a person that is legally a child, say 16 or 17 for arguments sake could never consent to something that is illegal is unfounded.

I did not consent to sex with an adult at 13, she was 15, but if an 18 year old chick had made herself available to me then, I'd have definitely considered it. Oddly enough, at that age, 13, I hadn't shit on any floors either and knew it was a heinous act.
