If i were to move to cali..

Where should i move? I am planning on trying to get a mm card so that is an importance. Im looking for a town where the cops arent too corrupted, ha i must be kidding myself. Any suggestions on towns to move too? How much does a decent 2 bedroom apartment run in cali? Which towns have good medicine shops? I need to get out of the midwest. Ive been here all my life. Its time to explore.

im pretty sure when i was lookign about laws by county that humbolt county and one other were ridicuous lioke you could grow 100sq feet of canopy cover and posses like 3lbs or something i forget the website but there was one that had the laws listyed by county you should search for that
