There is sick minds in all walks of like, lifestyles and what ever else. Just like blaming Rock and Roll for ritual killings, and rap for drive-bys. Obviously certain individuals arent wired correctly and/or have some chemical inbalance, or just make sociopath-ic decisions.

I'm pretty sure they, at least at one point in time, were actually made of shit too; camel shit to be precise.
Punk is as much a culture as white trash and ghetto is a culture. It's a description of a persons character and behavior.
