Idiot proof germination

Hey i just want to no an idiot proof way to germinate seeds with the highest results.

i dunno if this is highest results, but it worked for me. I just got a clear shotglass, filled it with spring water, and dropped a couples seeds in it, a day or two later the crack open a tiny bit, just enough to poke out a little green limb, i popped it in a half in deep hole in some soil , watered it quite a bit, and the first green sprout came up the next morning.

best way to germ is to take a tupperware container, dampen a paper towel (not too damp), place your seeds on them without touching, fold over once, close it up and put it in a dark space. they'll sprout in 1-3 days if the seeds are healthy. done it too many times.

well... what i do is.. i get a store bought heating pad (unless your house is warm) put it under a tupperware container with a lid and a pretty wet paper towel.. i made sure it was just warm and not hot.... with the lid on it made it "humid/moist"........ i always see germination in 24 hours or a little more...

Idiot proof, is put them into rockwool or soil and add water!

No paper towels, no shot glasses of water, no transplanting seeds into medium.

Just add water.

you will wanna plant the seed about double its length into the medium as well. with the tap root down of course.

i put however many seeds i want to germinate into a shot glass with about an inch and a half of water in it, leave it in a dark place overnight, next morning get a plate and a paper towel, fold the towel in half then open it up and pour all the seeds along with the water into the bottom half then fold it up, sprinkle a couple capfuls of bottled water ontop to moisten the whole thing and then fold over the corners or any side that is open to seal it. then place it into a ziploc bag and put that back into your darkplace. the seeds should germinate in 1-5 days from start to finish if healthy.

Yes, i concur throw them bitches in water. I put mine in a cup of water and wait till they got a 1/2" tail.

straight to soil. keep it in a warm place and keep the soil moist. safest way

shot glass method worked for me

GG is right, plop a seed into soil or a jiffy pellet and water away. Simplicity is the mother of good children.

your going to probably experiment with a few different techniques before you find the one that you find works best for you. thats what i find happens to most growers. 3 days ago i put 2 strawberry kush seeds into a shot glass with 2 inches of water, the next day i did the paper towel thing, yesterday they had sprouted nice 1cm long white tails, planted em into a couple peat pots and put right under the cfl's. i've gotten about 80% success with that method.

the method that has always worked with me is get a paper towel get it as wet as possible then place between hands and squeeze water out then place the seeds on the towel fold. then grab a tubber ware (sandwhich style) mist the inside a bit place the towel in and seal then either place somewhere that gets warm (like near the computer or TV) within a day or two they should start popping.

I find the add to soil method to be a waste cause what happens if it doesnt pop out you have nothing but wasted soil on your hands now.

Never tried the shot glass method but a buddy of mine uses that method and it works with him.

Just try each one and figure which one gives you the best results
