Identify This Plant Please

A friend gave me this, I never had an auto-flower before so I was pretty amazed when this thing went to flowering...
He said he thinks it is some sort of Purple something..
Anyone out there want to take a stab at what this plant is?
Sorry about photo quality, they were taken with my cell phone... I want to find out what they are so I can figure out how to best feed and care for them.. It seems to be a hard one to grow, in that it is growing, slowly.. but seems not so happy...
I am flowering under a 1000w MH..was going to use HPS but a friend said MH would flower well and prevent stretching.

can we get an overall plant picture for a profile maybe some height measurements, smoke and or smell reports if applicable?
