Identify this critter?

The first pic is zoomed in at about 40X. The second is about 15X (to give perspective on the size)

These little bugs are very tiny, just barely able to see them with the naked eye.

Anyone know what they are? Seem like some sort of larvae, but there are no "adults", so I'm guessing these are the adult version, though I can't find anything resembling eggs.

There is little visible damage if any to the plants, and there are very few of these, but I want to catch this before it becomes a problem.

I thought it might also be helpful to have pics so others could identify these in the future.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I think its a Thrip... they suck the sap out of the leaves. Affected leaves may have shiny, silvery spots. If this is the case, it can be treated with Amblyseius cucumeris. (more bugs) You can buy bags of them online. I would try some Neem oil and wash the plants, before tossin more pest at them. This is just my guess, best of luck.
