So you take 36 cuttings that then take 2 weeks to root.

Then you put the 36 cuttings into your single 36 site aero unit. And then set that to flower. They will then be ready in 55-60 days (2 months)

30 - 40 days later you will have another 36 cuttings rooted ready to go into flower.

But where are you going to put them cos your other plants will still be flowering?

What is 2-3 weeks of 12/12 going to do to them?

Sorry im being dense here, dont understand where this is going >.<
I apologize; after re-evaluating a thread i've been religious about: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=116388

, i've come to the conclusion that it will take longer than 1 month to flower the clones to finish. Sorry for my misunderstanding. I do appreciate you being densly concerned you FLAMER! haha j/k. But I am a n00b at all this, and i've had to absorb a lot of information in a short time.

So I now understand that what you were telling me is that I need two tables with two batches of clones 30 days difference in age. One batch will be exactly 30 days older than the other, and i'll be able to harvest every 30 days with two separate trays.

It seems like that room is perfect for two 600W and around 60-70 clones at all times. I'll maintain temps with dual hose AC Units, and 8" Can Fan with Carbon Scrubber with an automated AC Unit intake from the AC ducting in the room. I really need to maximize my space in this room, and i'm thinking of custom building something, but would like to avoid it. I need suggestions.

PS: Please don't recommend tent(s).

dam man wish i could be in that room you made me feel right at home with the pictures tons of them i love it that what you need to get the best info ..... but to try and get the feel of the room you have to be in it ........i have been looking at these pictures and messurements for a while now my friend J.D. helped me think of ideas  .... still thinking but i saw two tables around 5ft long 3.5 ft (ebbaflow) wide not sure how many you could fit on that .... maybe even take those messurements and make three small tables........ anyways you have your two tables over your ducing with all the hoses in the back and nice size water res maybe a small Brute trash can in your 2ft tall area...... then next to your res in the same area 2ft tall area make a small box for a cloner maybe even big enough for the mother you have.

Thats what i thought of for your system, you still have to think of your hole setup, i know you are this is just a link for you to check out I love it shows you every thing you would need for a nice setup. I think.... dream setup!

Bingo man you got it.

I wouldn't recommend tents either.

Ye the dual table thing sounds spot on, but remember that that many plants in a small space needs close supervision. You will need room to access them.

Personally (and after reading Al B's thread) i would build some tables. That way you could make them to exact size you wanted. I mean FnD tables.

Couple links I found.

This is VV's copy of AL B's setup. He shows how he built the tables aswell which helps.

This is another affective table using plastic tubing:

Awesome man; well i'm glad your excited too, i'm definately living a life long dream coming true; finally! Nobody ever answers me without pictures haha Thank you bro for your suggestions. I've beenthinking about an EBB Flow table, and i've actually been considering getting two of these: Aqua Top Turbo Table - 4 X 4' - complete .

I've also been having mixed feelings and I don't think Aeroflo2 36 Site isn't going to be as perpetual for me at this point. If I go with the AeroFlo 60 Series:

The AeroFlo2 60 Site advertises being 5ft1 inches wide, by 7ft long. This is the UNIT itself and includes res, pump & trays total area covered. and the area I have is 5ft x 8 ft wide and I could use a 400W & a 600W HPSs. I could probably modify the width to accomodate my AC ducting, or I may decide to build my own, and I can get everything I need at Lowes & the Pet Store.

I've also been looking into growing vertically because I have 8 ft celings for quite a few feet of sq. space. I've joined a specialized forum for vertical growing http://www.verticalgreen.org/showthread.php?t=4, to see if anyone has had experience assembling on site and within the room itself to ask for suggestions there; but here are some things I already found that are really so expensive they are almost out of the question, but if I can feasibly get any of them to fit through the hatch, I probably wouldn't mind making the investment; they mention something about tripling yields with vertical grows. Check out the coliseum http://www.aristabc.com/products.asp

Also check out some Omega Gardens; http://www.omegagarden.com/ I doubt I would be able to fit anything like this through that 2x4 foot hatch.

What do you guys think?

I wanted to update everyone. I got paranoid that someone got my ip address and delted all my albums that i had building the room in. LoL Anyway, I finished the room, it's airtight/sealed and I decided on a 36 Site AeroFlo Unit. 2 600W's for a flowering room. In the two foot area I have a room planned for a mother & cloning chamber to become perpetual.

Here's the link, sorry about not updating room build in pictures. I've been really busy with the 9-5.
