Ideal ppm for new plants?

I was wondering what people feel is the ideal ppm for newly rooted plants in Rockwool.

I've been having a lot of problems keeping them alive....they're rooting well, but them I seem to be killing them once I move into the tray.

I'm keeping the ph around 5.5, but I don't think the nute solution is correct.

What have people done, what nutes do they add, how often do you water, newly rooted plants in a 3x3 tray?

Any thoughts would be appreciated :).

Freshly rooted I'd use nothing for a week other than a bit of superthrive. After that I'd go 200 ppm for another week. I'm sure others are more aggressive and there will be a million different opinions on this.

Thanks for responding--since whatever I'm doing is not working, I'd love to hear different experiences out there, to try something new...I've killed three batches now, so I'm obviously doing something :(

I've heard others say start lightly, and then get a little bit stronger concentration every week...I might be too strong for them right now--

I've had a lot of success in soil, but I'm just doing something wrong trying to make the transition to rockwool. Thanks for your feedback!
