Ice-O-lator - No bubbles?

I made some high grade Ice-o-lator with the bubblebag-system. Made it out of scruff only.

Now the finest grade, 25 micron, does not bubble when I warm it with a lighter. It just acts like a pice of gum when you try to mix it with tobacco.

Someone told me this is due to having pressed out all of the water, and that's why it doesn't bubble. The oils doesn't bubble without some water in it...

Does anyone know if this is true, or does anyone have another take on this?

Any tips and suggestions are welcome. Thanks

does it get you high? if not then toss it. sounds like something that needs to be pressed and probably has no oil in it anyway meaning its not going to get you high. Thats what I was asking if it gets you high or not

some strains make bubble hash that will never bubble.. like new york diesel for example...
If water remained in your hash, it would turn to mold... it happened to me a few years back... i smoked it at first it was lovely for like a month... but after a while it started to taste REALLY STRANGE... never noticed until a friend was like yeah, it taste really moldy. hahaha Nasty huh!!! read up about it on line and it turns out that if water is retained in the hash for a little bit too long, it goes bad...
thats why when you make it, you wanna let it dry on a piece of kitchen paper... and press is a little bit so that the water can escape...

Unfortunately some strains just dont bubble, when made into ice o later...

Take it easy :)

Ofcourse it gets me high!

It's awesome. It's like taking a whole joint in one pull. But it doesn't bubble at all.

Thanks man, that answers my question.

It's strain dependent... I'm pretty sure there's no water left in it :-?
