I watered my seedling until run off and now it's gone like this. It's in coco. PH is 6.0 and EC is 0.7. 1 liter plant pot. Temperate is 25c/77f.
I'm guessing it's overwatered and the seedling couldn't hold onto anymore water so the leaves ruptured?

Root rot....damping off on the way maybe. Let it dry out. The verdict will be in shortly if it will survive. Should survive.

Well it was definitely short lived. I don't think I'm going to bother anymore, it's too much hassle and I clearly don't know what I am doing

Looks like the feed was alittle hot for the seedling. Water to runoff with a weaker mix.
It will bounce back pretty quick
I used 1ml of canna start per liter. My water is hard 0.6 EC and when I added 1ml of canna start it raised the EC to 0.7, so it only raised my EC by 0.1, should I only use water and lower the EC back to 0.6?

I'm getting mixed information here, StoneDHedgE is saying they are overwatered and it's root rot and damping off and you are telling me to water until run off again. I don't get it.

A couple of potential problems........your nute solution is too strong, or the coco wasn't buffered.
You only feed to run off after the roots are established........I start around 3 days from sprout.
My tap water is 0.6 EC and I added 1ml of canna start to a liter of water which made the EC rise to 0.7, only 0.1 EC higher than my tap water. The seedlings are nearly two weeks old. I fed them until run off the day before yesterday and I haven't fed them since

Rule number one is not to let coco dry out. Multiple waterings per day is the best in coco.
Try starting here

Did you wash and buffer the coco before putting the plant in it? What kind of coco are you using?

Fertilizers to hot, dilute it keep an eye on it should grow. Almost every pack of seeds I’ve popped has had one or two fucky plants from start that’s why you pop more than you plan on finishing
So just give it water then? because I'm only giving it 1ml of canna start
