I think the issue is from transplanting

First/second grow: Sunday night i transplanted my baby into a larger pot with more soil and a little bit of a product called 'master start' it is supposed to help plants develop stronger roots.

I think the plant is going through some sort of trauma or is sick because all of its leaves are drooping downward

and since it has been a few days i am starting to worry

how long does it take for plants to typically bounce back?

Depends on strain and how healthy the plant was to begin with and how the transplant went, ect, ect, ect... But mine usually recover within a few hours... Can you give more info about your grow... Soil/Hydro/Aero? - What Nutes? - How old/big is the plant? - What lights you using? - Temp/humidity? - And maybe a pic or 2?

Master Start is similar to a fertilizer as it has phosphorous, nitrogen, calcium, iron, phosphate, manganese and zinc in it.
When using it, you just sprinkle a tiny bit into the soil.

My plant was roughly about 5 weeks old if that. I can try to provide pictures but will be able to not until tonight or tomorrow. It is a soil grow and I am using generic lights as I am saving up to get better ones.

The plant did not start to droop until Monday. So do you think it was not the fact that I transplanted it but perhaps the Master Start formula? I thought my plant was simply in shock!

I'm still not sure yet. Can't say exactly. Do you know what the NPK values of the 'master start' is? I didn't think your plant was 5 weeks old, still in the veg cycle? What is your watering schedual like? I'm starting to think maybe over/under watering?...

I water it whenever the top soil seems dry, so every other day or every 2 days
And how big is the pot? How much water? How often do you feed nutrients? NPK values?

I only water when the top 2 inches of soil is pretty much completely dry. And thats about once every 4-5 days.

Originally the plant started off in an extremely small container so I transplanted it. The pot is about 6" tall and 5" wide, the guy at the store told me to only go two to three sizes larger than the pot I had before to avoid much risk. To estimate I give it about two or three teaspoons of water when I water it, maybe that is why I water it more often. As far as nutrients go, this was the first time I gave her any prior to this she had only water and light with occasional glimpse of sunlight.

the pics are from my cell phone and i guess they are of poor quality sorry
they appear kind of bright but the plants are still normal green coloring
but are drooping as you can see from all angles
some of the leaves fell off or else she would have more below it but in these that is three sets of leaves hanging as one

I'm sorry but I think it's the transplant/nutrients thats killing it! You transplanted that WAY to soon!!!! And started using nutrients WAY to soon aswell!!!! You should at least wait for your plant to grow a somewhat strong root mass before transplant. I wait for 2-3 weeks of growth before even considering a transplant, and longer than that sometimes. You should also not start feeding nutrients untill about the 3rd week of life. And then at only 1/4 to 1/2 strength. I have plants that are twice the size of yours and they're growing in shot glasses right now just fine...

How small was the origional pot?

it was a plastic cup i cut whole into and filled it with about two inches high of dirt. now i learned my lesson =[ but were you being sarcastic about the shot glass part lol
Yea I'm sorry that sucks! You'll know for next time though! Whenever you decide to try again, Just get one of those 16 oz party cups. Ya know, the ones you would use for beerpong or whatever. And just cut a hole in the bottom and fill it ALL the way up with soil. You won't need to transplant for a while.

And no, I was not being sarcastic about the shot glass part. Here I'll show you a pic to prove it. The reason there's tape on the shot glass is to keep light out, becuase roots don't like light. Just so you know.

It's in a shot glass tho. The first 2 pix are when it was first in there. And the second 2 pix are that exact same plant, 65 days later.

I want to give you some advise here,Never start a plant in a platic cup always something a little bigger, coffee can sized or a normal growing pot. Always water from the bottom for the first 2-even 3 weeks your plant will grow amazingly fast and you dont have to worry about water saturation,I seen your plant pics and you have way too much water, those plants are toast, time to restart. If you start in a normal 2 gallon pot you don't have to transplant for at least a month, and your plant will have plenty of nutes in the soil provided you get decently rich soil. Hope this helps.
