I think my plant is starting to die. Help!

Can anyone help me here, I have 4 plants growing in their own 5 gallon smart pot. They have all been receiving water at the same time and the same amount of water around the same pH. The day after I watered I noticed one plant was drooping. So I was thinking maybe I over watered it. The next day the plant seemed to perk up a little but not much. The other 3 plants have been growing just fine. I noticed today that a couple of the leaves have these weird almost burn like spots on them. I use LED so I know it's not cause my lights are too close. They are currently a foot away from the top of the canopy. I have literally done nothing with this plant, just hoping it would bounce back in a couple days. But it appears to be making a turn for the worse. Any advice before she dies?

I just don't understand cause the other three plants are doing great. I planted all 4 on 12-16. Isn't it too soon to be adding anything other than water?
Great question and observation but plants dont all act the same sometimes even tho you are doing everything right. And this might just be a little hiccup in this gals works...it might not show anymore signs of this and is what i call just a blemish, it happens. no nutrients at this time but you can add cal mag once a week in the dose I recommended if signs get any worse

It's just weird cause they are all the same strain. But I will definitely keep a close eye on her. If she still hasn't recovered then I will add Cal mag for her next feeding
