i think my lights burnt the shit out of my plant

ok...the lights just kicked on and i noticed the top leaves have like a rust color on them..i'm guessing that they grew too close to the lights...what does anyone think?..i have never seen that rust/ orange color before on a plant..is that what it looks like when they get torched by the lights?.....

They crispy? Either heat or bugs.
