Ugh yea, so all my fucking lights went out at my apt....AS DID MY 400 WATT MH!!
So I've left it unplugged....i know you need to wait awhile before starting it up again after its turned off.....
Well i tried plugging it in and the fucking ballast is making a louder then normal buzzing noise?? Looks like some brown shit inside the bulb...
Is the ballast/bulb gone??? Am I completely fucked here???

If the light does come back on, should I keep it off anyways? They are on 18/6 right now and at 12... the lights would shut off. Would I be fucking up the cycle bad?? If they do come back on, has the bulb lost some of its output power??
