sound about right, fyi ladybugs don't do shit. they don't eat until they breed first, several days after you release them into the garden. lady bugs don't eat fast enough anyways. ladybugs are beetles so are stink bugs. they both produce odor. most importantly before they breed and eat they will commit suicide indoors by flying up into the lights. i know this all from experience i released 3k in my garden and they did nothing but give me more shit to clean up. the larva of ladybugs are supposedly much more effective but i have yet to try them. try contacting these people they encourage it and know much more about antimology than i do. http://www.rinconvitova.com/

I agree with the above. some hotshot strips on a fan will kill them snappy like. it has to be sealed in though or in an area you dont frequent.

I think i have aphids but "NOT" sure
Ive noticed there are teeny tiny bugs crawling around on the floor in the growroom. Some are alot bigger than others, the biggest ive seen them get is about the size of a gnat. When i try to squash the bigger ones, they hop out of the way.
I was thinking they were aphids, but i just now read an article that said aphids dont jump, so now im wondering what the heck i got going on in there.
I released 1500 ladybugs in there yesterday morning thinking there were lots of aphids for them to feast on, but now im not sure.
I guess can yall tell if that sounds like an aphid problem?
Also, will it affect the ladybugs if i keep my lights on at 24/7?
thanks.
I am trying to get ready of some black root aphids. The best way to tell is to look it up on the google search bar. I posted the picture of this sns root drench that will get ready of all the root aphids and it also treats for fungus gnats, thrips, shore flies and white flies. Still trying to find anyone that has used this product. The companies name is sierra natural science it is a concentrated natural pesticide soil drench/spray kills and repels. I hope this helps!

Neem oil won't do alot against RA. Atleast it didn't for me.
I used a contact killer, systemic killer, and an insecticidal soap.
I forgot what contact killer I used. It was something I got from Lowes.
For a systemic I used something with imidicloprid.
No matter what you use, you also HAVE to use an insecticidal soap. RA leave a white waxy substance on your roots and the soap will clean this off.
Make sure to COMPLETELY saturate your soil when using these. If possible, buy something to set your pot in to let it soak in.

Please dispose of anything you put imidicloprid in properly. It's bad for the bees
