i think i have a problem...

my friend gave SWIM clones at the end of june. I know this is really late. They are outside right now. Anyway they just started forming pre-flowers as I see them, but the problem is the biggest one is only about ten inches tall. The next biggest is about 8 inches tall. So im assuming if they go on to flower right now its just ganna be a waste of time right?? What should SWIM do. What are SWIM's options.. How much does a plant keep growing after it begins to show signs of flower stage.?? Thanks

What state are these plants in? How much peak light time does SHE get? I have seen plants almost double in size during flowering, height not width.

SWIm's plants are in the northern most state of the northeast. Up untill today it has got DIRECT sun from about 7am-4pm. However it is light out from about 6am-9pm right now. SWIM is going to move them today so they get sun ALL DAY. Also, Due to the signs of flowering starting should SWIM stop giving it high doses of nitrogen and switch to flowering nute instead? They're clones, so they're as old as the plant it came off of. It only starts to flower when it gets about 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness. They're still in veg just showing pre-flowers. I've got two that have the pre-flowers, and one that I started to put in a closet to start flowering. You can tell the difference when it's flowering. About a week into flowering your pistil sites really start to fill out, and look like a flower. It will be worth it your plants should get pretty big in size yet, and they will even grow more in flowering.

I would say keep with the veg nutrients, or just no nutrients. Don't do flower nutrients yet. If it gets constant sun you will definitely have to check them everday. Mine are getting to where they need watering everyday now.
