Ok Ihave four plants 5 weeks old vegetative 20 hours, 400watt hps. They just started to show sex today all of them at exactkly the same time which I thought was odd but heh anyway I believe 3 of them to be female with one male. The tall one in the right foreground. Its a good six inches taller than the girls and has a tiny ball starting to grow on the stem and second node. I only noticed two very small and it's my first grow.

How long do I have before he pollinates the ladies?
Should I go on instinct and kill him immediatedly?
Should I wait to see more balls?
If I am to kill him will he be worth smoking? any thc at all? Will make hash oil if their is any point.

Get him out, there is no point at his young age to make oil because he has no thc yet. You would have to let him mature before thc production starts and by that time he will pollinate all over the place.

we can't tell a male without a close-up. but it's safe to wait a couple of days for the male to show. there is really no mistaking a male when it shows.

i ordered some seeds from MOC that were suppose to be femm. they are ZENSATION, i started flowering using 4 plants after 5 weeks because they were so big. i was using 400 mh and 150 hps in veg, when flowering i started using 400 watt hps and 150 hps. i do have them toether in a 10 galllon container and heard stress can make a plant hermaphrodite. like having the roots to close together. this is my forst real grow.... im not sure if i got male seeds or they just turned hermie on me. PLEASE HELP ME! I WOULD HATE TO THINK that all this work and time was for nothing. but if they are herms should i scrap them? also i bought some femm from MOC of big bud.... should i grow them seperately or keep them in the same container and would this have anything to do with them turning into a herm.... is that even true? or did i just get WACK seeds? i do have pics but am trying to attach them.... how the fuck do you do it?​

If that is all one plant it looks all male. If it was a hermie with that many pods all you can do is get rid of it. I have had a couple plants go slightly hermie from heat stress but there were only a few pods so they got picked out and the plant flowered as usual. You have a ton of pods infact too many. Best bet is to get rid of it.

it is actually three plants.. can i pick the pods off the smaller ones and get rid of the big one? the big one is like 4 feet its way to big...

i did staet them off a little to hot... but i think your right. best to get rid of them. i got some big bud xl going that has been at the right temps.... thanks!

then they got to be herm. cuz it was three plants all the same pics.... i have one left rally small..... can i take off the pollens and wil it bud as female u think... it only has a few on them

hermies will bud, the problem is if it self- pollenates. so yea, take a shot at carefully removing the sacs - but they can be very fragile if near release. don't try it in your grow room.

i actually pulled them all. i almost cried but i did it. but the small one was in the same container and in the same grow closet but doesnt have any pollens on them.. so i moved it to its own space and hopefully it will be ok. i cleaned out the grow room and put in the big bud that is vegging... i got three plants vegging in a 30 gallon container and two in an 10 gallon.... i am running 400 hps and 400 mh total of 800 watts.... the temp stays between 75 and 85 i try to keep it cooler but i have not vent... just an ac room and lots of fans... should i move the 2 in the 10 gallon to a biger container or is two in a 10 gallon ok? any suggestions on the set up?

what would be ideal for my grow room.. it is 6x4? keep in mind i dont have a vent.... but like i said it is in a climate controlled room and doesnt get above 85... sometimes itll be alittle hotter but not long

i started the 3 plants that turned herm in a hot bathroom... before taking them to an ac room... is it that that may have caused them to switch or was it them being to close together... or maybe both.... let me know what you think and how can i avoid it happening again?
