I just read this whole thread. Dude, you ok?? Did getting your tonsils taken out help at all? Or did they find anything else?

Doctors are just too scared to do anything anymore. They want you to take this pill for this, or take this pill because the other pill didn't work right because the other, other pill was effecting the the 3 other ones your on.

Here's something my wife and I went through. She has bad stomach pains. She though they were menstrual, because she has always had issues with it. Her doctor told her she should go see a gastro doctor. Got a ultra sound done, found a gallstone. Case closed right? Noooooo. Because she told the nurse practictioner she had pain on her left side, it couldn't be her gallbladder. Had a endoscopy, ct scan, 2 appointments with her gyno doctor because her gastro doctor thought it was endometriosis. Her gyno doctor had her have another type of scan, and then he wanted to put her on this Lupron drug. It through you into menapause. And has some nasty side effects. Scared the shit out of me! Nasty drug. Finaly, I called my uncle (lives in another state) who is a gyno dr. He said the best thing to do is open her up and see what the fuck is going on there. Especially if she has a fucking gallstone! His words. He said we were getting "doctored". Finally I made her gyno doctor give into a laparoscopy. And we went to a surgeon as well to have her gallbladder taken out. He said he should have been contacted immediatly after the gallstone was found. We thought the gastro dr would let us know when to have surgury. Right? Turns out she did have endometriosis and it was connected to her gallbladder and her appendix, which caused her pain on her left side. And her gallbladder was very inflamed and she had 2 other gallstones in there as well. Needless to say she is fine now, better then ever.

This whole fucking process took about 8 months. In that time, my insurrance changed at work because the economy went to shit. So a surgury that would have been almost free, changed to about $4000. We are still kinda younge, (33,34) but are learning who to see and who is responsible to pull the trigger on certain things. Bottom line is, we got "doctored".

the headaches were from the CO2 from my kerosene heater. plants loved it though.

there is still something irritating my throat. i quit smoking and it has relieved it somewhat, but it's still there.

Doctors make me sick, they have to many laws that can get their license revoked so they have to treat everyone basically as a drug seeker or a liar and thus create more problems for people.

I was a very hyper child with ADHD and chronic depression my whole life. I was in one of those special classes program thing where bad kids go too. It wasnt until i started smoking marijuana in 8th grade did i get out of that horrible cycle and started to actually feel happier and was able to concentrate more. I dont care what anyone says, the moment i get a house and a descent job *hopefully my own business then i really will be in business then, lol* i am growing and smoking everday for the rest of my life.

I hate this having to quit at times cuz of jobs. I start getting depressed again and ADHD acts up pretty bad.

im in the same boat man my i have migraines alllost all the time (they effect my vision somewhat like concussion does), insomnia, chronic neck and back pain which also effect my migraines, my knees are fucked, so are my knuckles, my back is always really sore no matter what i do. making keeping somewhat fit and doing shit is hard (which sux cos i actually like doing shit but cant do fuck all these days and to top it off i got bad wrist problems and bad ankles. i suffer from hypertension and had adhd as a kid. fuck the list goes on from there.

same sitcho as you faded through stupidness and things that cant be avoided. i have had a lot of hard jobs though which are mainly responsible for a lot of them though.

the only things that help me are weed, painkillers and sleepers. though they dont really work to well anymore and especially not by themselves. id be fucked without them. i find weed to be the best out of all the things i take though allround.

i agree though doctors are quaks i wish i acually had one that seems to care about me not just an in out job like i have to deal with. they just keep trying me on different shit and sometimes that new shit doe more harm than good.

you people that live where its leagle to get a med card are lucky. as i said good cannabis is better than a lot of other medacines ive tried and really help the others seem like there working. in australia we cant even think about getting a med card. most doctors seem to be against it apparently and the ones that arent will more than likely face prossecution.

i will say one thing prohibition sux because i know that if i could legally smoke cannabis i would be able to be a much happier person and a lot bwetrter off. but fuck it i dont give a shit anymore.as long as my ass can point at the grount ground im going to be growing me some weed. its to expensive not to these days.

anyhoo i feel for you faded i really do.

peace out

Man, sorry to hear about your pain, but some of those stories are pretty damn funny. We've got to be somewhat similar in age based on the length of both of our medical "war stories" lol. Particularly funny was that spill on the water at about 60mph. Same kind of thing happened to me, except I was on one of those sea biscuits. My friend thought it'd be real funny to start doing high speed hairpins with me dragging behind trying to hold on for dear life while everyone waited for me to lose my grip and go skipping across the water like a stone. I have it on film actually. lol To this day, I still try to be pissed about it, but every time I see it on video I can't help but laugh. I know, it's retarded huh? Oh, and I biffed it right in front of a sandbar full of hot SDSU chicks at Imperial Oasis (Colorado River just outside Yuma). All I can say is, never get in the back of a literal SPEED BOAT with nefarious friends that all want to see you crash. Best of luck man.
