I probably screwed this up already

I'm a 100% newb to this and decided to try and see what I could grow as a rookie. I got 3 baby clones (2 blueberry and 1 C99) I potted them with organic soil and put them outside where they would get the most sun. Since then I have been reading up to figure out how to do this right and decided to set up a small grow closet with cfl lighting, and put the plants on a 18/6 cycle. Now they are starting to show what I am assuming to be flowering traits. Could I have put them in to the flowering stage at only a couple of weeks old due to the short days and long nights of winter? If so what do I do? Leave them on 18/6 or flower really small plants and switch to 12/12.

Also I'm assuming after the reading I've done that the droopy leaves are from me over watering them as an
over anxious newb would tend to do while checking on them every 4 hours to see if they have grown in the massive bushes I dream about.

Anything in my setup that you all can see that I should change?

thanks for the help!!!

Welcome to riu.yea your right looks like started to bud outside.if you keep your light cycle at 18 6 they will veg back out eventually.or you could flip to 12 12 up to you really, probably be a good idea to get your water issues handled first.water when your pots feel light when you lift them up.also you wanna keep those cfls close like 2 or 3 inches away.good luck

Id run em 12/12 until theyre done. You screwed up watering too much, big deal! Just wait until the container feels light before watering again, like its hollow. Youll also be able to tell if they need water when the leaves start to droop. After half to a full hour the leaves will perk right back up. Every new grower seems to over water. Be carefull because you could get mould on your soil. Those plants will give you about a quarter-half each. Id guess 10 each. Thats probably what youve got into it so whatever. If you can get clones whenever i wouldnt worry about it. Theyre your first plants so the less time you have with them the safer they are. Theyre in nice big containers and dont look so bad so screw it flower em out. By the time theyre finnishing up youll have read enough RIU threads that youll know what your doing and can get a head start on the outdoor season. Good luck man :)

If you water enough each time you will only need to water 2 times a week. Water throughly until you see run off and then water again when the pot feels light or stick your finger in the soil and if you don't feel moisture within the first 1-2" then it's time to water.

Keep them on that light cycle until you fix your watering and then flip to 12/12 as you have a lot of pistils already.

But remember over watering can be as bad as under watering a plant. Wilting will be cause from under/over watering.

Best of luck to ya.

I don't see whats wrong with re-vegging. I think you're doing great except for a little over watering. Also, i think the one main light is plenty without the small cfl's. I'm sure they make you feel like you are getting more done but i think mostly it's just a waste of electricity.

If you re-verge, it can take Few weeks... I'm two weeks in and my plants still trying to fight back to veg mode lol.
