Did the groundjudge see his shadow?
Did he even make it out of the hole....? Joking....
Does this mean more waiting.......cause its starting to seem like a long time.
I wanted to do an outdoor double chain link enclosure including double chain link roof for my summer outdoor grow....and attach it to the greenhouse.
its a substantial investment....but with the Neighbours I have...almost a necessity.
please Sir can we please get some kind of news...maybe a short statement...anything??
Anyone think we will hear sooner rather than later
Just wondering

if we have to wait for legalization to take place recreationally like its been discussed here before, last night there were articles online about how the liberals have placed cannabis reform at the end of their laundry list of deeds, therefore we will be waiting a long time for phelan to make a judgement if he is waiting not to step on trudeau's toes.

this is ridiculous in the sense that phelan sat for the trial and has had a year now to make a decision by reviewing proper notes and precedents set in other trials. he needs to shit or get off the pot. simple as that

have the nerve to make a choice and go with it. the supreme court is hurting 40,000 + patients here

Phelan doesn't want to get in the way of business.
He cant say shit until Dizzy's BFF says something first.
He does not want to make Canadian History being the one responsible for the shit fest that's happening right now.

Phelan is required to rule only on evidence presented during the trial. Legalization for rec or whatever Dizzy's BFF says cannot be used in his decision. If it turns out he has waited for input from government, the judgement can be overturned very easily. If we get the wrong answer, that should be the first thing that's looked at.

My BFF?

I'm not the Trudeau/Harper Fanboy (pssst, they're the same).

That's you guys. Trudeau is going to give you sheep the worst legalization system in the world and you little sheep then try to pretend you weren't his biggest cheerleaders.

You mention his name more than the rest of the posters combined...it's clearly an obsession with you. I don't think there is anyone here than qualifies as a 'trudeau fanboy' or his biggest cheerleaders. Some of us supported the party that promised to legalize and you took exception while refusing to indicate an alternative. You still have no more idea as to what legal rec will look like than the rest of us, yet you continue to predict doomsday scenarios. So if we are going to get the 'worst legalization system in the world' maybe you can tell us all who has the best system....and why.

Yup just found what he was talking about, if anyone can figure this out its you @doingdishes
it looks good in theory but i have questions-does this mean you can produce? where can you produce? can someone produce for you?

you go to court with the document he showed and get the Crown to sign off. it can't be THAT easy though. there has to be more to it than getting a court date to plead your case and that's it

i messaged the guy and I hope for a reply
