I need some tips on How to build a new stealth grow setup

I've had a steady PC grow going for about a month . Current grow sizes are forcing me to upgrade to something bigger . Now I'm not trying to build a grow room . i just need a stealth all in one system that can accommodate half to 1 pound of beans .
I currently Have about 500$ to devote to my system . What i need from
you guy's are ideas on my setup lighting/LED , auto watering , plant layout , great beans , carbon scrubber's , all input will be greatly help me .

1,000w Switchable Ballast - $150

1,000w switchable Bulb - $55

Air Cooled Hood - $90

Ducting/clamps - $18

Eco ellecient 4" powerfan - $170

Elf 4" carbon filter - $45

Cost so far.. $528 before taxes

You still need some vital equipment and Id look into building a tent out of black and white plastic if your gonna make it work

600w hps air cooled system - $250
4" inline exhaust - $60
2 gallon grow bags - $10
decent to good soil - $25-$40 ((depending on how many plants))
total -- $470
leaves you $30 for nutes and beans

you could build your own nice pvc tent with panda film for under $70 and even less if you use a closet or something without a tent so lets say you build your own that leaves $100 for nutes beans and misc... let me know if you got other ?'s it would be easy to shop for your stuff on e-bay or amazon and cheaper probly peace
