I need some advise anyone please!

i am here for some advise please anyone who can help please do so. ok i got my plants 4/12 and we are in 5/6 my plants are 27" from media up. i started out with 3 clones this is my first time growing. i have 500W MH light now my questions are
1. how do i tell the sex of my plants and if u can tell by pics what sex they are please tell me.
2. when do i start to flower a plant from seed.
3. when do i start to flower clones.
4. do i need cloneing gel to clone my cuttings.
5. do i need to mist my plants
6. if i do can i use nutrients to spray them with.
7. do i need to flush my plants from the nutrients before i start to flower. someone said if i dont do this my plants will taste bad.
8. when flowering is there a DIY to de humify the room. i live in so cal so its pretty dry out here my humity readers says its dry.
9. can u recomend a website to buy seeds from.
if anyone could answer my questions or give me advise on my grow please do

If you bought the clones from a reputable dispensary then they should all be female. If a friend gifted them to you and they didn't bother to check if it was a female before cloning, aside from having a dumb friend, you'll need to check for yourself buy putting it under 12/12 lighting for about three weeks. Males have balls and girls don't. You'll know when you see them. It's a pretty obvious.


You don't need cloning gel, but it can help you go from 80% success rate to 95% success rate. When I clone my plants I also like to trim the leaves, so the plant sort of freaks out and stops focusing on growth and directs its energy on root production. Do a Google Image search on cannabis clones to see examples of what I'm talking about.


Misting the plants (without nutrients) helps when they don't have roots. However, you want to do this when lights are off and temps are cool. Usually early in the morning or late at night works best.


Some people flush, but I don't. Instead I just cut back on feedings near the end. I've been growing organically and using synthetics side by side for a few years and no one has ever been able to tell me which one of my strains was grown organically. If you see the plant before harvest you can tell, because the organics are always smaller, but post harvest no one can tell. However that's not true for everyone. A lot of people swear they can tell and I believe them to a degree. I'm sure some people fuck up their grows so bad that you very well could tell, but when grown properly, I don't think people can really notice the difference.


As for seeds, I always buy from Attitude when they have a good promotion going on. Herbies, a RIU sponsor, is supposed to be good too.
