I need help with my operation!

I am new to growing, and I want to make sure that I get as close to pinpoint accuracy when it comes to watering, fertilizer, etc. But also to be honest, I don't even know what strain I should grow. I'm going to be planting outside near a creek, on this flat area I found literally right next to it (I'll post pics).

I plan to scrape all of that mold and algae, and dig up some of that dirt. Any suggestions as to what I could mix with that dirt already there to provide nutrients to the plants?

There are so many strains it is hard to choose, and then when I find one that looks appealing it's an indoor plant. I need an expert's opinion on what strain I should learn how to grow with. I would like something that is around 150 cm tall at it's highest potential, and flowers between 8-14 weeks. I've also heard Auto flowers work better because they don't need the 12/12 light cycle, but then again I've been told Auto flowers don't grow well outside. I'm planning on using Attitude Seed Bank, so if you can link me a strain to purchase that would be most appreciated. Any other suggestions would also be very helpful. Thank you all for your time.

Alright I will go out spot looking tonight. These pictures didn't show the sunlight that plot would receive because I went closer to night time.
