I need help naming my r.i. Strain

View attachment 1836114 I'm an indoor grower but I had one fifi grow outdoors this past summer. Its a clone of a kush,I grew last yr. but in R.I. I never grew anything worthwhile(outdoors). Now that I know what I'm doing,this lady is a nice clean, smooth smoke.Loaded with RED hairs but so many leaves its a mutha to clean this bud.With a real nice taste an high.Tastes like sweet hash. I was gonna call her -401 or R.I.RED, or Lil'RHODY RED. See this is my problem,I can't decide- so I'll bring a few numbers to the Point an brainstorm it. later-

I like RI Red of the three you named.

There is already a strain called RI Red, I have some seeds. Also, there maybe several strains around RI called RI Red. Good luck with your grow and stay medicated.

shouldn't it be called whatever it is a clone from??? like if it was a clone of ok kush, it would be og kush... if you BRED it from some other plants, then you could name it whatever you like, but if it grew from clone form, it is what it was...

There's your answer, it's a clone of a Kush. Name it Sally, Jane, Edna,...that's up to you, but as far as what strain it is, it's kush.

Thanks and you guys are right cause I gotta call this after her clone from the OG Kush.Thats right too,D Man420, growin' outdoors IS a no-no. That accidently happened,so it won't EVER happen again!!!WHEW!She grew in a mulch pile. I didn't make it to the point last Sunday 'cause the Pats were still on T.V.'til 6:00pm ,so I had to see that win in the closing seconds.Hey-theres a name for a "new" strain -Brady bomb-

In my opinion if an individual grows one successive plant for a long time (like a nice hand picked pheno), then I think it's allowed to me named after the grower. Ie) 'Bob's' OG Kush. I've seen that on TGA's site and similar breeder's. Perhaps substitute the persons name that you got the gene's from. Assuming you like them.

I crossed some wordens pond ( an URI strain around for many years ) and Halleys comet from " The Flying Dutchman in Amsterdam ". The Result is my " Rhode Island Red " mostly because of the native strain I crossed . I have had this strain about 14 years currently .

saw it on knowyourgrow, gotta ask bobby nugz who entered that one. I think runnin deadhead OG, casey jones, and darkstar at the same time would be awesome. Chemdawg '91 would fit in their nicely as well as it was supposedly traced back to a transaction at a dead show, and its my birth year which is solid.

O i know you are the creator of Godcrack, CBD levels are killen it without sacrificing THC. Mad props. I think I may be equally as excited about breeding as I am about having my first indoor grow op in general.

gotta find whose got the deadhead OG, wouldnt mind getting my hands on some headband and some papaya as well.

We did the crosses here but all the trait isolation was done by the conn coalition. They ran no less than 200 of each cross for us. Even still, we are finding hazey phenos, something we were trying to eliminate.
