Too much water would be my first guess. Leaves will curl when they are trying to transpire excess moisture. Let them dry out a bit and see if that remedies your issue.

Are you misting your plants with water and if so when do you do it when the lights just come on or when it's time to sleep?

I was using 2 CFL grow lights, 32-Watt each, but I just hooked up 400W metal halide in order to help the soil dry out. Should I be using MH this young (if I keep it about 4-5 ft away). Also, I'm using grow cubes that I'm dropping directly into soil, these starter blocks seem to retain more moisture than is typical with just regular soil and I'm used to using starter soil instead, so I'm watering every 2 days because I'm a little worried that I will provided too much water with those cubes. Am i messing something up? I have about 14 plants and the 2 CFL grow lamps can't get to all of them in those cups like I would like.

I am misting them with water as well, as the temperature in my room gets a little hot in the daytime (high 80s/low 90s). I water them in morning and mist frequently.
