How close is your light? I've heard people say you can get light bleaching if they are placed too close. My lights are too hot to ever get placed that close so have never experienced it first hand, maybe a myth for all I know. Anyway, that could be a possibility. If that is isn't it then I'd start with checking ph levels and see if anything is way off.

See the thing is, i had them under a 600w mh, but i moved so now i keep them outside.. i use the good purified water so i don't think it's that.. maybe a magnesium deficiency?

Sorry, don't think I can help. It doesn't look like magnesium to me, that deficiency tends to occur more on bottom leaves.

That picture sucks, the yellowing isn't showing very well. Take a picture of it under some light with your flash off. The whole plant. From the pics that are there it doesn't look like your plant is going to die. What kind of soil are you in and what kind of feed are you giving it in what doses and how often?

Change your Pots to bigger Pots and when your in the process make sure your roots are loose use your fingers to gentle and easy not to tear or rip them to much. just loosen them a bit, Mist them with a spray bottle with luke warm water and put them in the bigger pots. You will see a change in a day or two. root bound always look that way,

You need to list all the pertinent details. A lock out would interfere with nitrogen and make the new growth yellow, especially at the brightest spot on the plant. If you are using distilled water, then you probably are having cal/mag issues. Now if it's not getting enough direct sun, they'll lighten up as well. Lots to factor in. Need the deets.

Ill get another pic up soon but the tips of the new growth is yellowing and turning brown around the edges. Im using vigoro plant food. The veins havent changed color. Their about 2 months old from seed. Light is good. Not too close.

Hows the temperature and humidity in the room? They aren't root bound either, that's hardly ever the issue. Root bound is more of a mental disorder than a plant problem.
