I need heat help

Im waiting my Heat lamps but they wont be hre for at leats a week an my Seedlings will be ready tomarrow. Whats the best way to keep my Seedling warm in te soil till my Heat lamp gets hre?

You really don't want to use a heat lamp, you said the room stays at about 70 with a light you can actually grow with it should raise the temp to the ideal level and if you plan on using the heat lamp as your source of light the pants will be low yielding and stunted in growth if they even survive that long heat lamps shouldn't be used for growing.

But my room is only 70 because of the heat being wants it starts turning spring them what?
