I need advice from a Lord of Lights

Good evening!

I need a light guru to point me in the right direction. I currently have a Phlizon 1000w COB ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ML3NDDY/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_jLkuDbXPE2PTA ) that I have replaced the fans in with noctuas (thanks to you guys!) but still want to move toward something passively cooled. The fans still make more noise than I'd like.

I have a 2x4x6 tent currently and am thinking about moving to a 3x3x6 for the next grow (just seems more comfortable for the plants). I am debating between two lights:

Wow, those guys got some balls calling the lights HLG..

Use the 3 board for the 2x4 and use the 4 board for the 3x3. No need to complicate it up they'll both grow the plants well.

Shoot for 35W/ft2 for any area you're looking to use.

If you simply don't want to pay for top bin boards from HLG, or they are simply not within budget, I would go with King Brite because they really have the best deals on qb knock-off(s) right now. For example you can get 3 x 288 flowering boards ( 3000K b or 2700K h chips with reds), and with the heatsink for 108.00 to 116.00 for each kit, then you can buy 3 extra 288 veg boards in (5000K b or 6500K h chips) to change out / to use for vegging, So for 6 288 boards and 1 heatsink plus all the screws, hangers, wires and connectors to hook up the board, or to change the boards from flowering or vegging whenever you need to for 286.00 including shipping. Yeah, the shipping isn't cheap, but King Brite doesn't rip you off with the shipping, like many of the other Chinese companies do because I personally know they charge you exactly what UPS charges them. Anyhow, then you can buy the driver locally so you at least have that under a good warranty. And as a side note, me and my wife are both registered care-givers in 3 states and we purchase a lot of these kits for our non-profit, we provide grow equipment and teach many of our patients how to grow their own medicine because most of the people we deal with simply cannot afford to buy the medicines that they need through their local dispensaries! I have included a picture of what one of those kits looks like so you can reference it!

Thank you guys so much for your advice. I honestly don't know that much about lights since this is my first grow (currently underway). Thanks to communities like this, I have a constant stream of information to go along with my hopefully endless supply of weed

Yeah. I should have gone quantum board from the start but I made the typical excited rookie mistake and bought without much research. I was just too amped to start. I will admit that the phlizon 1000w cob light has been decent. It was loud and obnoxious with the stock fans but the noctuas definitely took all of that away. I have about 2-3 weeks left on my current/1st grow and then I will be upgrading lights. I have no idea where to get rid of my current light but I'm guessing ebay is the easiest.
