Well this plant is in its 41 day of flower momma finished in 62 days so has about 3 weeks left, growing in FFOF amended with hical dolomite lime, espoma tomato tone, kelp meal green sand additional perlite worm castings and have had a couple top dress's of bat guano for some added N. they are in 5 gal smart pots and are under a 1000w and 430w HPS Climate controlled room temps stay at 81 during lights on to 72 lights off. Now the picture below is only one of 4 main branches on one of 5 plants and it looks terrible not sure whats causing this and why its isolated to just the one branch. Here are a couple pictures of it and all the others.

the spot are 1 of 2 things
iron or calcium
some cleted iron/zinc and a extra 20% on calmg+

as for the plant in a whole.........add in 25% grow to the next feeding and then once again about 4 feedings after that then stop

your ending the bulk going to resins before harvest ......hence the shot of N

I usually have a few plants get this way in a mixed strain garden using the same reservoir of nutrients to feed them. Most strains explode but some get ugly.
Flower size and potency does not seem to suffer from this condition, but photo quality does, lol.
I grow in coco, so we may have the same condition, our reasons for getting them may differ from one another.
I believe it's Calcium deficiency caused by an imbalance of too much Potassium and Magnesium fighting for cation, in my instance, but it could also be a simple ph problem.

I'd recommend more CalMag and making sure your ph is proper.

I was going to say give it a dose of cal/mag and a dose of some kind of macro nutrient. That would cover iron and calcium and magnesium.

Well im baffled to be honest all of your answers make since except they get 10 ml of cal mag every watering and 1/8 tsp of epsom so not sure what the hell it is, only thing i can consider is its a micro nutrient of some sort boron or something hell who knows lol.

epsom is a salt ........it is used in cooking up soil
it is magnesium and sulfur ......u need to be careful with this stuff it will kill micros in high doses forcing u to flush soil

for iron i like this one
https://www.amazon.com/Liquinox-3032-Chelated-Solution-32-Ounce/dp/B0063PG40G

looking at your plant u should up it to 15mls ......u done some very good work i am only seeing slight signs of red vein if u add in some N to the feed it will go away and u are right on track for some good buds

I was going to say give it a dose of cal/mag and a dose of some kind of macro nutrient. That would cover iron and calcium and magnesium.
that micro is weird u have to watch it with some plants .......hence why i was saying the other way ....he will maintain the current lvls of most of it just increase the iron/zinc

definitely looks like cal/mag. You make no mention of PH, I think your soil or coco PH is low, Guano will drop ph like a rock even with dom lime it can't buffer it. I would check your run off and flush at the same time then give her some cal/mag. Thats where I would start.

Hi Mickey!
Not here to debate anything like flushing. I'll let you guys discuss flushing, whether you should flush, how many weeks before harvest should you flush, the conversation is over due to be had. :fire:
15 ml is about 450 ppms when I just checked.
I'm guessing you use about 300 ppms of cal mag each watering if you were referencing per gallon.

This is what I do, with both new ffof and my amended ffof, not what you should do.
This grow I pushed the limits using RO with no cal mag to see how far I could get. When a calcium deficiency showed up I was able to stop it in it's tracks fast, 1 or 2 days, with 100ppms of GO cal mag +. After controlling the def I backed down to about 50 ppms each watering. Next grow I will feed everytime about 40 or 50 ppms.
Epsom salt is great to stop a mg deficiency. I personally have read it best to be used occasionally not every watering. The dose you give each watering is the same as I would give when I use it but next grow unless the plants ask for it I'll probably not add it till late in veg then maybe 3 or 4 more times thoughout the grow depending on how often I water.
Not debating anything said above, just showing what I do.

What is the relationship of that damaged top to the grow bulb? I wonder if it could be heat/light stress. Does the condition persist lower on that same branch, out of direct light?

Beautiful plants by the way. I would hardly be worried about that one branch, lol. Everything else is spot on.

Did you ever have a bud get nailed for a while by a fan? Could be that also. It would take some time after the incident for it to show up.

ding ding ding. The taco'ing on the leaves and the brown necrosis points to light stress. Especially if those are closest to the light. If it were a deficiency, you would see it on a lot more leaves.

I was thinking light burn also it is directly under the most intense part of light and believe it happened several weeks ago and is prob just now starting to look bad think I’ll just move forward rest of plant looks great
