I made a real newbie mistake

You learned a good lesson, it'll probably recover just fine, but don't monkey with your seedlings.

If you only have a total of 3400 Lumens then you actually have two 23 watt CFL's, but they are the equivalent of 100W incandescent. YOU REALLY ONLY HAVE 46 WATTS TOTAL.
 
Oh and to everyone who said don't monkey with seedlings nah you can and have to sometimes!! Just gotta be extremely cautious.

U'll see sometimes the seed casing doesn't want to fall off for too long, and if it doesn't the plant will die so u have too pull it off manually. Also sometimes the plants leaves have membrane sticking them together.. I've gone in and cut them free several times! Um.. yeah.. you have less problems with bank seeds for that, but I see it alot when people bring me bag seed that they claim was a great smoke!
 
Don't forget many Places you get seeds give free seeds. the store i recently did business with gives 20 free seeds no clue what they will be. but they are free and I can practice with them also,.
Just fyi I germinated maybe 30 bag-seeds 17 sprouted, 14 survived. so don't feel bad. the #1 thing the extremely helpful people on this forum taught me is, I have to learned from my mistakes and figure out what works for my style and setup.
Good Luck on your next attempt. But I would recommend more lighting, even just for vegging, and blooming without HPS is problematic. I have heard ya can do it with CFL, But Tons of high Lumens and hope for the best.

yes i figured that i do play to have a hps light and a full hydroponic system when i get some more money im lookin towards late september so its awase away but when i get it i will have more posts about the hydroponics
