I know this goes against every rule, BUT...

just microwave it 30seconds at a time until no more water is boiling out of it (no little puddles/wet spots underneath)

I've unfortunately had to do this a couple of times, not really a good idea but if ur in a pinch and need to smoke hey it can work! the best technique i found was to pick off of the most mature part of the plant(by using the trics) then id cut it up with scissors into super small pieces, lay the pieces out under a small light not to close to it and they should be dry enough to smoke in a hour or 2, i know it sounds bad to use the mature part but what the point if it don't get ya high right! Ive try'd many quick dry cooking/heating met hods but it make the bud terrible and it wasn't worth the effort. hope this helps
