I have some questions, as I start my first grow

I've saved up some money and decided to finally start growing indoors.

I'm using a 3 tent (veg/flower/dry) combination, and I have a few questions about each stage. Thanks in advance!

MOM/VEG
The veg/clone/mom tent is a secret jardin 120w 4x2 tent. I'm going to have two 4' t5 high output bulbs

What is a good light schedule for veg and clone in this setup? and how many plants should I have in this space?

I'm also undecided on grow medium. soil or rockwool/coco hydro?


FLOWER

I have a Secret Jardin 120 4x4 tent for Flower. Heat is a problem where I'm growing, as is access to fresh air. So I'm getting a Stealth Grow SG620 LED panel (they say the equal of a 1000w HPS system)


I'm also wondering here about how many plants, what grow medium, light cycle (and a good cycle to keep a perpetual harvest with my tent)


DRY

I figure I have a few months to figure this out. But lemme know if you guys have any ideas. I don't have an extra closet, and I don't want to dry in the flower room.


taking general advice and suggestions on the proposed plan. I'm ordering seeds soon, and plan on getting the operation all set up within a few weeks. Gonna keep everyone updated of course, with pictures soon!

I got a large box from a local moving company and ran 4 strings across the top to hang my bud and dry it. The box keeps out the light and I use a small fan to introduce a slight air movement to avoid mold and rot. I also made perforations in the box to allow humidity out.

^that's cool. a large cardboard box right? how do you access the flowers? from the top?

I Have another question!

I'm going to have a 250watt MH system with 20k kelvin bulb, and 2 96w T5 flouro's.


Will this work well for veg? I don't want to destroy the girls or anything with the 20k bulb. If it doesn't work, can I put a 5k bulb into the system? It's meant for coral reef growth.

Yes, you access the buds from the top.

Anyone else have any suggestions/corrections about the setup? I'm already assembling the pieces. Waiting for the RIU stamp of approval.
