I Have PM. Should I Cure Before Making Iso Hash?

ive heard that the alcohol will kill the PM during the hash making process. im wondering, how does the PM grow during the curing process? does it die off a little bit while the buds are drying, then come back while curing? i want to cure for a month or so before i grind them up and make iso hash with them
