I am growing autos in coco under 1000watt hps. I use canna nutes and have used half less than half etc etc.
I have tried everything the ph of water going in is 5.8 coming out is 6.0 or 5.5. on some.
I have added drip clean cal mag pretty every nutes I can thing of to help. The temps stay at 75 to 80 always. I am on 20/4 lights on off. I cant tell if I am burning them up or if it is ph problems around the root zone or what.
I have a new round starting to do the samething. I had them on the canna light feeding and was cutting that down by half then boosted it to almost full strength light feeding.20150918_183325_001.jpg 20150918_183332.jpg 20150918_183332.jpg 20150926_032840.jpg 20150926_032926.jpg 20150926_032919.jpg 20150926_032903.jpg 20150926_032857.jpg 20150926_032926.jpg 20150926_032943_001.jpg 20150926_032950.jpg 20150926_032956.jpg

I really dont know what else to put and sorry about pics don't know whats up with that I took them normally. I follow this calc but use just over half of what it says and I have soft water that has an ec of 2 and my feed ec I have tried anything from 1.2 to 1.7. thats with the water ec added in. They are 54 days old and are 2 fast 2 vast and sweet seeds mixed pack seed. The 2 fast should be done and cut down by week 8! I am freaking out I wasted a bunch of money and time. I water 2 times aday with a bunch of run off. For the babies I water every day and they have an ec of 6.0 most of the time as run off.

1000 ppm and 5.8 pH is for hydroponics, not soil. It looks like you're using soil, so what soil are you using? and why put clay pebbles on soil? am I seeing your grow right? depending on the soil, you might not need extra fert. why did you buy so many containers? your grow shop must love you.

don't know coco, but those leaves you show look like over fert. it's not just how many ppms you use but also how often cuz the stuff will build up. maybe just water for a while when dry and see what happens.

Salvage what you can and start fresh. You need to hit the books and read up. Gain some more knowledge. You will realize all that fancy equipments / chemicals in those bottles are all ways for the man to spank money out of your buttocks. Good luck Chuck.

thanks guys I did do some reading and I have been messing up the feed im sure of it. I am sure your right about the over watering of the babies. My last grow I used the kiss method with maxibloom with great success and I have no clue why the hell I changed it up. With all the reading I was and am still doing I was I hearing was canna this Advanced Nutes that all the damn time so I thought I would invest thinking well you have to spend money to make money. What a waste! You guys know of a good simple and cheap nute system that works great that I don't have to shake the shit out of and that I can run in coco?

Its nute burn so your adding a little too much and you need to fix this before flowering. It could be that strain is sensitive to the nutes/medium you have. Maybe try canna terra.

Do yourself a favor and go to lucasformula.com. Fast, cheap and paint by the numbers simple. I also do the KISS with perlite hempy. You might be overwatering as others said. But, the plant looks ok. Not perfect, but ok. I don't worry about a fallen leaf here and there. Always seems to happen.

stick with the coco imo although i run dwc but have done coco runs go with a simple 1 part nute untill u get the hang of watering, feeding u dont have to let coco completely dry people run it on constant drip feeds in wilma with good success try a nute like ionic coco thats a one part and use a pk booster in flower thats all u need i would go with a feed, water, water, feed at half recommended until the burn stops spreading/travelling up plant and the new growth looks a lil lighter green and slowly bump up till u happy by then end of ur grow will be vey close lol jmo of course good luck

With all the reading and help that I have gotten from you guys im sure its over-watering and over fert. I made the noob mistake of watering them everyday since the start thinking I was TAKING CARE of my babies you know how it goes lol. I have found myself doing the samething to my next round and they are starting to look like crap and showing the same signs too. I dont have the whole line of canna either which I am sure that helps. They are already in bloom and are about to move past week 8 and they have just now started to flower. The seed company says they are done at week 8 which I know from past grows thats never the case they can always go for weeks after and its most of the time better. My question is with how bad I stunted these autos will they flower any more than they have now or should I just go ahead and chop them to make room for the new girls and just take the loss and lesson learned?

I thought I had to feed with every watering in coco? Is it just in this case where I have burned them?

1.make sure you use only RO when mixing your nutes!
2.have a straight RO water jug to water with, you want to only use your nutes about every three times watering.
3.cut watering in half, get a 3 way meter for each plant they check moisture/ph, will definitely help manage them.
4.they also look to be lacking in phosphorus. Canna is always light on it in the mixes.
5.Ph in coco should be about 6.2 for best results. Set nute mix at about 6.0 should do the trick.
6.This is the most important, if you start to see curling leaves or a dark green bubbling on the leaves know the coco is saturated in nutes. Just use water cut back on nute mix. Coco is very absobtive.

By dark green bubbling your talking about those rust colored spots I have? I was also thinking at one point I was lacking in phosphorus. Can I boost this somehow like with the pk booster down the road after I water them a few times once they have dried a bit? I have been mixing at 5.8 so thanks for letting me know about the 6.0 thing. Thanks so much for the help.
