Bud factor x bud candy, sensizym and grow micro bloom... Bud factor x bud candy and sensiym say use weeks 1 through 6 and grow micro bloom says for the plants entire blooming phase beside obviously the last weeks during flush... I water 3 times a week how many times a week should I be adding these nutrients

I have an answer; don't use anything in their product line.

Jacks 20-20-20 dry nutrient mix for small grows, Hydro-gardens.com and their 25-50lb bags of nutrient salts for big ops...

These are basic nutrient salts, which is all you really want, anyway.

Advanced Nutrients and the other 'hydro nutes' makers have profited under a business model specifically designed to fleece the uneducated newcomer to gardening. AN's 'Bud Factor X' is nothing more than epsom salt... with a markup of over one hundred times!

Believe it or not, you're more likely to get good results following the directions on a box of Miracle Gro than the Advanced Nutrients feed schedule.

I like advanced products, and so do my girls. I have always used iguana grow and bloom as base nutrients, and although I dont like bud candy. I do like the results I get from using big bud, wet betty, organic b, and overdrive.

Why don't you like bud candy? Do you think honey as a substitute would be better or maybe black strap molasses?

I felt that bud candy really made things crystally, but imparted a strange synthetic flavor to the flowers. Maybe it was just me. I had tastier results with plain unsulphured blackstrap molasses. Never tried honey. I prefer botanicaire sweet raw now as a carb/sugar.

if you have been using this product with such success, why do you need instructions on how to properly implement it?

What do you think would be a better sugar replacement
Try using what you put in your coffee. Might save you a few bux, even if it doesn't come with a fancy label and confusing instructions.

If you're in hydroponics, DON'T use any sugar in your regimen. Its only purpose is to overfeed the microherd so they eat all the nutes and starve the plant. You can do that easily enough with hydro just by diluting your nutrient solution.

My biggest problem now is that this was my second grow with plants over 9 foot tall indoor and the stickiness just wasn't there. For plants under 6' finished they are good, big bud is over prised and so is overdrive along with budcandy & liquid carboload. What about bud blood? Anyone use it? Any opinions on growing 9 foot tall plants cause I'm leaning on BS for their bloom enhancers.

Bawse!

Man that looks like it's growing....BUT I've seen better off my Frankenstein nute mixes ha. Wonder what that taste like with those PURE clean miracle grow and jacks... You need a two week flush? With AN I need 3-4 days hydro and my bowls bun white and smooth =))

Three years running Advanced Nutrients and I haven't switched to anything else..for long
