Hiya Pavlin, looks pretty bad(Soz) what kinda of system you running and when/how..did problem start to occur? I think IF you can give more Details you have more chance of someone being able to assist you? Looks like some kinda Hydro setup? from pics..Giant Rockwool n pipes..etc

Peace

Sorry I cannot be of more help...still in Soil/Compost me..though thinking about maybe trying DWC this year.

looks like they definitely were over watered, and it must have been for a while to put them in that shape, if your doing the small bursts of watering all day id make sure they have time to dry in between, if they cant dry out sometimes they most definitely will die. Keep is simple son

yea if its rotting the stalk, its only going to get worse. Marijuana has a very strong healing capability, but once the fungus/bacteria has penetrated the inner stem, its really over. and if they are only in veg, they have a long time to go and probably wont recover enough to flower. I would "possibly" cut some clones far away from the rot. Rot will travel up the phloem very far from the sight of rot. If you cut a clone 3-4 inches away and there is any sign of brown/grey or any color other than green, its too late, it will only spread. You really need to make a bleach water and clean the entire room up down top to bottom/ everything, whats the rh? good luck

Try drying the cubes first, no water till the cubes are dry.

If fan leaves have any death, cut it off the dead part.

DO Not Cut off any partially healthy leaves but I would crop the lower leaves.

( trim away 25% of each leaf tip on lower leaves only)

clean any and all equipment with a solution of hydrogen peroxide and water.
weigh dry cubes, note weight
water cube till it's just Damp with a 1" cube I watch for a drop or two to run out the bottom.

with larger cubes I weigh from the start and let dry to 50% of the "wet" weight before watering.

under my humidity dome with 95 watts T5 lighting, temp 82 degrees RH 75%, my weight would reduce to 50% once ever 30 hours.

I stop that once my cubes go into a system be it Hempy or flood n drain.

I feed based on plants looks, you may have to look a few times each day to see the cycle the plant goes thru.

May have to start again if they die off but,

At OP,
Sativa Indica pits, is giving the most scientific answer, I would follow his advice First.

Clones probably give you a higher rate of saving those plants.

if you are new here don't judge advice by how many little green dots, lots of people have less than I and know far more!

On my flood and drain setup, in Flower I flooded 4 times a day, 45 -65 seconds on then Off.
in my Veg, I flood 2 times, 1 minute in the morning and same at Nite. T5 lighting in my veg in a closet.
I flower with a 400 HPS and T5 side lighting.

I guess it's pretty clear you are watering to much, that's a good thing because it's easy to fix.

Tell us about your setup and we can dial answers in!

is this your first hydro?

I wish you luck but I think that rot is at a level where they won't survive much longer no matter what you do. Just part of the journey, grab some more seeds and try to correct on next grow.

This is not my first hydro.

Veg. period :
4x10min-1week
4x15min-2week
4x20min-3week
4x25min-4week
4x30min-5week and till the end including the FLOWERING.

Lamps-600w MH and 600w HPS.

Water system-Multiflow ebb&flow

Do you just have Cubes or are they placed in another medium?
I filled my tray with Hydroton.
My roots system filled the lower half of the Hydroton in my tray when I pull my plant.

White healthy roots.
Maybe what you do worx and u changed something else but nothing mimics the death of to much moisture.

Perhaps you had a spike in RH?
Your cubes would drain slower in a lower humidity and retain more water in a higher humidity.
just a thought.

When I created my veg I placed a 15"x6"x6" block under each pair of plants, plants were in 3x3 cubes started in 1x1 cubes.
I killed my males.
So when I put my plants in to Flower, I put in a substantial chunk of Rock wool, at least a 3" cube sitting on a 6" cube already rooted together Firmly, Over 60 days before moved to Flower.
Im only on my second plant.

My first plant was an Unknown bag seed, it produced 7 ounce dry with Boveda 62 packs during cure.

My second plant is over 5 months in veg and one month in Flower Yesterday.

this Plant I went Lo tech and did a Hempy with the same rock wool to Hydroton ratio as I did on my first plant.

all I have read on E n B says flood 4-6 times a day, tray should drain in 15 - 20 minutes.

My Yoda , the most knowledgable guy I know helped me set up my watering schedule for my veg.

seems they are a bit wet. they probably have a fungus or bacteria that is causing the rot . what is the root system like? what is rh? you can try thishttp://www.using-hydrogen-peroxide.com/peroxide-garden.html

Have you flushed the res out and washed with bleach? its most likely coming from your environment or rez.
yeah if a hydroponic system is like a swimming pool., ur best bet is to remove your plants.. up the chlorine and let it run the system for a couple of hours.. then clean it real good.. after u have cleaned it out., drain the water and re-fill with fresh water and drain it again.! finally fill the system and check all your readings..

see what causes fungus in pools are: 1-chlorine and ph are un-balance., they are un-stable., one is way higher than the other which starts to throw off the alkalinity and calcium hardness which u have to use a stabilizer such as surface guard to balance everything back out.. 2-your pump stops running or its going bad because its not pushing that circulation at the rate that it suppose to be at.. 3-poor filtration., something is sitting in your filter and its circulating through your system.

i hope this can help u out a lil bit
