i wanna get some grow bags for this outdoor season but i was thinkin it would be easier maybe even cheaper to get just black garbage sacks pretty the same thing right

THey arn't quite as thick, dont have holes pre punched (not that you can't solve that), but the main drawback is they generally allow a bit of light penetration. If you get really heavy duty ones they should work as long as they dont outgas in the heat. Again, make sure to punch some holes.

ive seen it done, but as gastanker said get the heavy duty ones, i like the "contractor" bags made by husky you can get em at home depot or rona probly, cut em in half and they would be great for monsters
