I get high very quickly

(This is the first time I'm posting on this site, I have no idea if I'm doing it right)
I recently started smoking weed for the first time in my life. Now I am smoking once every evening since about two months. The first thing I have noticed is that when I smoke too much, I get anxious, a lot. Sometimes I have a panic attack. But if I smoke less, I feel good. The strange part is that I get high with approximately 0.05/0.1 grams of weed, and I’m smoking for two months every day. I do not understand if it is just my body that doesn’t build a tolerance or if I’m doing something wrong (I use a vaporiser and often I mix CBD weed to lessen the anxiety).

Another thing I have noticed is that all my friends do not seem to have the same experience as me when they smoke. When I am high I feel like I’m living only in the moment and all the things that happened seconds ago are like a dream, I get caught on little thoughts and sometimes I feel like I don’t have control over my decisions because I feel like all the things that are happening have already happened. Is this description of being high normal?

I am asking because I want to know what is happening to my symptoms and my tolerance, can anybody relate? Or give me advice?

Try smoking different strains and find which strain is best for you

All normal my friend, lots of people experience feelings like you describe. I personally used to get that "living in the moment" feeling, especially when I first started but also over the years when a big bong rip hit me right or when I tried dabs for the first time. I never really got the anxiety feeling but I know a lot of people who have.

As for tolerance, everyone is different. Your still new to smoking and your only smoking a little bit at a time. Even smoking everyday, it will be a while before your tolerance builds up.

It affects each person a little different. It helps to be a calm person to begin with. I think it kinda just enhances your emotions kinda. So if you're happy, you'll be more happy. If you're stressed, I think it can make the stress worse. I don't know man.

I get paranoid and anxious when I smoke cannabis that was chopped too early.

Using a vape instead of smoking it eliminates those symptoms for me, even with the same stuff. Edibles eliminates those feelings as well.

As far as tolerance, switching between intake methods helps with that. Such as switching from bong to pipe, pipe to joint, joint to vape etc every once in a while.

Changing up strains works too. If I'm getting tolerant of a strain because I've been using it for a period of time, I pack it up, and go grab a jar of a different strain.

Funny how people are effected different. I suffer from anxiety when i smoke indicas, and feel great smoking sativas.
Same goes for opiates. I am literally wired and up all night after a couple of Vicodin

We built walls within our minds since child birth which are essential to communicate and to live in society. Smoking weed breaks down these walls and allows the mind to think in a pure way but it also scares the mind, and it tries to overcome the effects of weed. Some people can negate the effects of weed completely. Eventually your experience will be more natural once you get used to it. More is less and you'll enjoy it more but not rushing anything, which it sounds like you are doing.

I was the same on opiates. All opiates. Thankfully, I'm 15+ years out of that stuff, as it was a major problem for me.

It’s funny you say that. Back in crazy days I would snort lines of coke and lay down and enjoy the high. While my friends kept opening the blinds because they swore the cops were out there!!

Used to call one of my buddies Peeks for that same reason. Always knew what was up when he was peeking out the curtains

You're likely smoking weed that wasn't flushed for at least 14 days. The nitrogen stored in the buds is known to cause anxiety and hiccups.
You can’t be f**king serious right now. Please take that back.

so what about 13 days just anxiety OR hiccups?

days there's so many different strains out there that will affect
This is great advice too ... especially these days there's so many different strains out there that will affect you differently. Your actually fortunate, when I started smoking my options were brick weed or not brick weed haha.
Yeah I can't choose what strain to smoke because unfortunatly it's still illegal here...
