i feel like the bad guy

fpr some reason when i chop dpwn my harvest i can not help but feeling like an ass hole its like killing one of my kids do you other growers feel like this or is it just me

Yeah, I feel a little hesitant to chop em down each time, but I kinda pass it off as a "you did your job" kind of thing, and I can't wait to see the buds all by themselves!

a bit, but then i remember it/they would have died in a few weeks either way. lol. i do tell them goodbye b4 i chop always and if the buds are looking really great i'll compliment her on how great she looks while trimming and hanging.

I would think that way about killin an animal.. but when i think about plants it, it seems so apparent to me that all these plants in this world grow to help out other living things.. and they certainly do. "death is a natural part of life...." <---yoda

i have no problems hunting and killing animals(deer to be specific), i use all the meat possible and we've got a deer population thats too big for the habitat. our average statewide whitetail gun season (9 days) we bag 400,000 to 500,000 a year and we still got problems with too many deer. with the plant what i dislike about it is it was more like a house pet than a wild animal.

nah, arms dont turn into new living copies of the personsw/identical genetic codes. i consider it giving the plant possible eternal(as long as someone was alive to clone it and passed it down from old to young. ) life

Yeah, I feel bad too... but just while taking them down. Once they're cut it passes.... and then while triming the buds i can almost hear how she gives me that Nelson Munts "ah-Ha!" for all the hard work I got ahead...
