First pic is 2 days before. Then the plant just looks like all the life was sucked out of it. Broke a stim of and was dry. It's bigger sister plant is doing fine. 20180309_000044.jpg Message_1521175382476.jpg

Changing out the water every week. But why would it do that if nothong changed neutz wise and both get the same amount. And was holding the same neut amount for the last 2 weeks. 1 survives and the other dies.

That would probably be, the reason why.
If your ppm concentration, hadn't been going down, by each res change, or top up. Then your plants were, most likely not feeding, and were locking up. If the ph stayed the same, id be concerned too.
