i dont know if i have the right equipment.

Okay, im 18 schools ending but im still living at home. we have 3 floors, and id have to try it on the bottom because nobody is ever down there and in my sisters old room (she moved out).
in her closet is a door with a bit of space.
But I live in canada and its REALLY cold right now because of the fucked up weather cycles.
and in there its really cold. But i my friend has a heater we're gonna use and we're buying a light..
I'm only gonna be planting 2 plants. How hot should the room be,
what kind of light should we buy, and how expensive will it be.
and is there anyway i could humidify it by when the rooms heated using a Spray bottle and tryin to moisturize the air?
I'm looking at a light at 150$ or under. and if it will help me and my friend can get a water tank for when theyre under 2 feet tall.
is there anything i need or that would help??
and i don't know what strain it is. i think it was called poision something?

you have many questions and i think you may need to research more google that shit, for a light you should be fine at 150 Canadian most lights i have seen are about 200 300 us and right now the Canadian $ is worth more so i dunno have fun research the hell outta this though you will need to you dont want to go in unprepared

a hps /mh light will heat your area if its cold try insulating it as well.
dont burn the house down tho.
