You just made me laugh so hard hahaha. Im actually a girl, like my username suggests ;) I don't know why people in this thread seem to think I'm a guy, but whatever.

My paranoia is due to my anxiety disorder, but I am working on it.
what kind of law are you going to practice? are you single?

Pretty sure your ok.

What do you have in your house that makes you paranoid for 8 months+?
There's nothing in my house, I was just really afraid of getting into trouble because I texted my oil dealer after he was arrested. I was denied the purchase of sudafed in September and I got even more freaked out, but I was recently able to buy it again so I'm trying not to be as worried. I have an anxiety disorder so I worry about things way too much.

You were all set. But since they are tracking your online activity you are now screwed for admitting everything here.

It sounds like the cops are just waiting for the right time to bust you. You should go underground for a few years. You could live in your car in Mexico or move to Australia. You could always fake your death and then you'd be free.

no need to worry. You don't have anything! It cost too much for them to give you a slap on the wrist they wont push it without physical evidence and alot of it, unless they need you to rat out on somebody and in this case, he's already been caught. Im gonna add that your over-reacting incase your not sure.

I'm aware I'm overreacting but I'm actively working every day to control my anxiety. I've also switched medications so hopefully those will work soon.

I have anxiety also, its caused from overworking myself. I used to get very severe pannic attacks but i learned to control them permanently and it took years. It would get so bad to the point where radom body parts would go numb to the point where i cant even pull over and put my car back in drive lol! Good luck to you.

about the pseudo, if you told them you were buying it for someone else they could suspect that you were a smurf. there is no evidence of it that we know of, you cannot be charged, so i would almost guarantee nothing will become of it if what you say is accurate. if someone was trying to use you as a smurf then yeah i would be worried.

otherwise they do discriminate against some people and for good reasons. i have both friends and relatives who are pharmacists and they tell me about it all the time. the signs of the tweakers are often obvious. they could have mistaken you for one. as far as the other pharmacy doing the same thing, they probably just simply placed a phone call. they do it where i live all the time. anyone that seems suspicious they will often deny and warn the other pharmacies. in some cases police are even called. chances are they would have got you not long after leaving the pharmacy if they were after you. they have alternative drugs that actually work alright. if they needed the pseudo desperate enough they should of just had their physician call the pharmacy.

So since I was able to buy it again, do you think it was just a mistake that I was denied? The times that I was denied they scanned my drivers license and then told me that they couldn't sell me any. But then a while ago I went again to see if I'd still be denied and I wasn't. I also never told any of the pharmacists that I was buying it for anyone else, just that I wanted to purchase it.

a pharmacist can deny you purchase or sale of ANY medication for ANY reason INCLUDING RELIGIOUS. sudafed has a monthly LIMIT for purchase in the united states, so if you bought some EARLIER previous in that month and went to buy again they would deny you
you need to let this go , if you have anxiety that is this bad you cant let something go that happened 3 months ago please go seek out some professional help and work on some at home CBT and day to day methods on how to help yourself or else youre going to struggle like youve never before once you hit law school best to start fixing and learning coping mechanisms now
