Get the highest percentage of rubbing alcohol and kosher salt. Put the bubbler in a plastic freezer bag filled with alcohol and salt, shake around for a while and let sit. When you take the bubbler out rinse it under hot water for a while and it should be looking very clean. Good luck

Huh? Would you shake your glass piece around in a mason jar full of alcohol and salt? I use freezer bags so i can move my piece around and not break it...

No I am not retarded, but saying "i just use my hands haha and i know how to hold shit so i dont drop it" does not imply that you fill the piece up and cover all the holes. Learn how to explain yourself better and not be such an ass.

Not sure if that was directed at me... but I'm guessing so since you said plastic and I mentioned that the Oxyclean works on plastic and glass. The pics above I posted are of a plastic bong ... actually I think they are acrylic but you get the point.
For my glass bubblers I use a 2 qt. glass bowl and fill with water that is just about to boil. Add 1/2 scoop of Oxyclean and stir well... place the bubbler in, make sure it submerges and watch the Oxyclean bubbles eat away at the residue.
Here's a shot of it working on the stem to that bong in my other pic. If you look closely you can see the scrubbing bubbles working.
For the bong I needed a bigger 'container' so I just used the kitchen sink with a stopper.
After I clean them with Oxyclean I give them a quick rinse with dishsoap just to get the Oxy smell off of them. This wasn't my idea... I got it from another poster here.... I love this place

What he means Tom & just like I said earlyer you put rubbing alcohol and epsom salt inside the glass why is that hard to understand???? then shake the shit out of it pour it out rinse it out with hot water about 3 times and fill with cold water and go again.... you can do this with every glass/plastic item you have sept maybe a small bowl for your bong you are making something complicated thats not even close to being
