For those of you running this with RO water ......have you had to add cal mag? My tap water has been running 370ppm and its been suggested i go to RO but im hesitant because i dont want to have to add a bunch of supplements. Id like to stick with veg+bloom only. So far on my tap water my seedlings look just fine (in promix HP).

I had a question for them too and when i called the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm positive he will point you in the right direction. I clearly remember him telling me that there was enough cal mag in the mix that it should be enough. I just fed my babies tonight. Fox Farm soil with some dolomite and just veg and bloom. I don't know how they could look any better then they do now. What I like about veg and bloom too is that it includes all the additives that these other fertilizer companies sell you separately.

Here is the Dirty formula with their +life powder. I am using about 5-6 grams per gallon and 1 gram of +life to 3gal of water. Works great!

They just added the +life additive on their website. First time hearing of it. Im about to order some more of their Dirty formulation. Can bacterias and fungis additive really make a difference? They sell them for commercial farming but i have never believed in them mainly because there is already plenty in the soil but maybe its different indoor in potted plants. Any thoughts?

I haven't had to add ANYTHING to my crops except that I habitually add Hygrozyme after transplants and shocks and after every flush.

I have been running in Hydro for a few years now. I have been using V+B for about 2 years of that. I bought a 5 lb RO/Soft to try it out, 3 weeks later I bought the 25 lb bucket to last a while. I'm almost ready to reorder the stuff. It looks to me like +Life is a superthrive/myco/beneficial blend that could replace some other products like Great White (I wouldn't switch away from GW, but hey, it's out there.)

I was a die-hard GH Flora user before V+B.

You know, I edited this for content twice and it still looks like an ad...

tldr; Don't need to add anything if you use the RO/Soft water formulation with RO/Soft water.

Peace!

:peace:

Cuebossa,

Those are some pretty girls, may I ask what strain?

+life definitely makes a difference. I noticed much more lush growth in early flower and more sugar in later flower.

madmike, that is a strain called black cherry. I believe it was on of subcools earlier releases. here they are at harvest
