Noticed small bugs ( 2 to be exact on one plant). Removed them manually, didn't see any other signs of pest. Should I worry or use some kind of organic pesticide. If a pesticide is reccommended, any recepies?

If you were able to grab the little suckers, you know what they look like, so keep a close eye on the undersides of the leaves. Use a magnifier to inspect the entire leaf surface, underside especially. If you see any eggs or larva, then spray with some botanical oil, like Neem Oil, or Zero Tolerance.
