Hydrogen Peroxide in Hydroton to kill larvae

Hey guys, Im pretty sure I have fungus gnat larvae in my hydroton. How can I kill them? With hydrogen peroxide? Do I just dilute it with water and pour it through the hydroton in my powergrower? Will it hurt my plant/roots? How much should I use? THanks

Probably not. My copy of Marijuana Garden Saver, and bottle of H2O2 makes no mention of killing bugs. Algea, mold, fugus etc. YES. But not bugs. Those little larvae bastards might even like the extra Oxygen molecule...

If your trying to maintain a colony of beneficial bacteria, mycorhyzia and so forth it will kill those. IF you dont want any of that crap, and just clean water no bacterium, algae etc ... thats what its for. For cleaning things up.
