Don't know if you were directing to me but I meant 30 plants per reservoir. I have two controllers for each 55 gallon reservoir.

You could just build channels out of wood for each tier. Line it with tarp or pondliner. Sit the buckets in there. Angle them a bit so the runoff runs down to the end w/ the reservoir and just run it as a drip.
