hydro setup please please help!

I have a 5x5x6 room and I plan to do a flood and drain pvc system with fence posts, I have 3 rows of pvc with 5 spots for plants on each, I have two non vented 400W HPS lights and no inline fans or any of that, I have one commercial sized wall mountable fan that is insane, my temps are like high 80s low 90s, what is the cheapest way to lower the temps? Im growing purps and they are still green

so you have no air exchange at all?

you really need to get hot air out of your room and bring cool air in. so go buy a big exhaust fan and duct it so your hot air is dumped away from your grow and set up an intake duct that will draw air from somewhere cool. this is a must for any grow as you need fresh air to grow plants.

also some purps wont purple up till the end, some need cold temps and then there are some that are just genetically purple no matter what, if its purple your after i suggest rsearching the strains that are purple no matter what the conditions

There is no cheap way to lower temps. other than A/C because blowing 90* air from a fan is still at 90*, just "feels" cooler because the air is moving. Again ht air is hot air until you add cooler air. If you cannot afford A/C, add CO2. I tend to drift almost to 95* with the CO2 going and the plants love this BUT BE CAREFUL, these extreme temps are very, very strain dependent. generally those strains that tend to be a bit more resistant to pests, pathogens, dryness, etc. tend to also tolerate the higher temps. Equatorial strains, Sativa dominant, those that come from warmer temps naturally. I don't recommend the CO2 as the cure all, but you could fashion a cheap to make/operate CO2 generator from simple things found around the home. See the various threads about this here and as well as a Google search. Amazing things happen!

What are the temps outside the room? If good a big ass exhaust taking the hot air outside.
