hydro root balls, from failed grow

I have to take down my plants (4), they have wore out yheir welcome. Its been 4+ monthsand they just wont bud. Looks like they wont to, white hairs and all, just wont devolpe.Thes are pics of before and finished. Check out the trunks on these plants I did the whole tear down and replant in one day.

none of them would bud? were they clones from the same mother? or did you just forget to switch your lighting schedule lol
