hydro nutrient help?

hello im trying to find someone that can help me with nutrients..what would be the best for both stages of growth and where i could pick them up wether it be on the internet or hardware store.thanks for your time.

A three part nutrient solution is the standard. Some comon brands are General Hydroponics, Advanced nutrients, and Fox Farms. There are more...

I usually buy mine in gallons... Do you just plan on doing one grow?

ya im gonna do 1 grow and see how it goes..i just ordered some afghan so hopefully i get some good seeds.how long does a gallon last you?

My micro goes fastest then bloom, and then the grow . I'm trying to think about how long it lasts, I'm pretty high. I would say about 9 mo. to a year... I use two, five gallon DWC setups, one for flower, one for veg...

ya ill probably just order the gallons cause i dont think theres any hydro stores around here..another question how do you control how much n-p-k you give it?because from what i read you need more n during veg and more p-k in flowering..

how much nutes should i get for 1 grow. quarts or pints?im using this setup Simply Hydroponics - Free Water Culture in 18 gallon bin.i will be growing 2-3 plants.

I don't think you can buy pints. Quarts will be fine.

id just get some gallons
cuz ull use them sooner or later

npk is controlled by how you mix your parts like grow and bloom or the 3 part nutes

just follow the instructions but start out at like half strength once ur plants are big enough 4 nutes
work ur way up from there and dont be afraid to ask us for advice

I order my nutes (AN 3 part full line) from HTG online (High Tech Garden Supply) and I get the stuff within 5 days every time I order, and I always get a free lighter, too. Also, I have had two returns (one defective & one misship) and I had the replacements in 48 hours both times. They rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm using general hydroponic 3 part series. i would them for > 40 bucks.

yea thats what im getten..thanks for all the help now i know what to get for nutes..my seeds just came in the mail from nirvana...im very happy with them i got a free hemp wallet too.in about a week im getten my light..im gonna be growen some afghan..

I wish I could say the same.

My package accidentally got shipped to the wrong address (partially my fault). I went to the address to pick it up but the people that live there did a return to sender. When I contacted DiscountAN.com, they basically said they were not responsible, and in much nicer words basically told me I was shit outta luck.

Nope. They told me that they shipped the package to the address they were given (actually given by paypal, the ones who fucked up and gave the wrong address), and that is all that they are responsible for. They said that if the package makes it back to their shop, they will forward it to the new address, but if it doesn't then this is where our transaction ends. It's been about a week and a half and I still havn't heard from them or gotten a new package. I opened a claim with paypal, and I'm giving DiscountAN a few more days before I escellate it to a claim and demand my money back. I needed some of those nutes a week ago, and was forced to go to my local hydro store and get them instead, where they were much more expensive, and hence the reason why I shoped at Discount AN. When I told DiscountAN about it, they didn't seem interested at all.

All and all, I can hardly fault them for sending the shipment to my old address, after all it's the one paypal gave them. But I find it difficult to pay for a product that didn't make it to my house, then got sent back to their warehouse. Why should I pay for something when the store gets to keep it anyway? So far they have not been very understanding, and their customer service has been borderline snotty. If everything went perfect I could see myself buying from them again. However, it hasn't. Their prices are cheap, but not too much cheaper than a few other sellers on ebay, and after having $125 go down the drain, I don't see myself doing business with them again any time soon. A shame too.

I just checked my email, and my package just arived back at DiscountAN. They informed me that they will gladly send the package to me, providing that I send them additional funds to cover the new shipping charges. I can't exactly say that I'm thrilled right now. Stick with High Tech Garden Supply, their customer service is actually designed to SERVE the CUSTOMER, shocking notion.

i had the same problem w/paypal
its hard 2 remembur 2 change ur address with every1 when u move

they sent my pp debit card 2 my old address and it wuz a giant pita to get it changed 2 teh new 1

took 4ever but i finaly got it fixed

paypal is grate when it works but omg good luck trying to fix a problem

hahaha.so true i used paypal a couple times the first times were great but i tried to switch my creditcard after i bought somethen off ebay and it was hella confusing and took a couple days to figure out..
